For the last two years, actor Jason Patric has been fighting ex Danielle Schreiber in court to prove that he’s the father of her child and that he has rights.
The initial ruling against him from a trial judge was overturned, and Patric won his appeal. Now, that hearing has been ruled upon.
According to a report, in the judge’s sealed 45-page opinion, it was determined that Jason is legally the father of four-year-old Gus, and he can seek paternity rights!

Danielle was trying to say that since a doctor did the insemination, Jason was purely a sperm donor.
Now, their legal teams will try to come up with a custody arrangement, but if they can’t then the judge will!
Hopefully everything happens quickly because Gus is only getting older, and it would be so sad to see him affected by this!
