On Tuesday, Jay Mohr filed for divorce from wife Nikki Cox for the second time this year.
The actor originally filed for divorce back in July, but withdrew the petition six days later claiming that he and his wife of 10 years were “very in love” and “very happy.”

During his first divorce filing, Jay asked for full custody of the couple’s five-year-old son because of Nikki’s alleged issues with drugs and depression.
On this occasion, the 46-year-old wants joint legal and physical custody after citing irreconcilable differences.
