The 28-year-old took to Twitter and Instagram with pictures of his toned physique while spilling the secret to his fitness success.

The comedian — who was recently cast in Jamie Foxx‘s upcoming Showtime pilot White Famous — shared:

The shirtless selfies even caught the attention of Jamie himself, who commented:
