For the first award of the night, The Throne took home the trophy for “Best Group” at the 2012 BET Awards. The veteran performers beat out newcomers Mindless Behavior, Rick Ross‘ Maybach Music Group, Diddy Dirty Money and Bad Meets Evil.
That’s a lot of tough competition on their heels, so Jay-Z and Kanye definitely need to Watch The Throne next year!
