As you might’ve heard, in 2012, Jay-Z is taken the Nets out of New Jersey and bringing them to the borough of Brooklyn. The move is Jay-Z’s ploy to make the new Brooklyn stadium the Staples Center of the east coast, per say. In order to do that, he needs all the celebrity help he can get.
Enter Kris Humphries, an NBA superstar in his own right, but also the newly-wedded hubby of Kim Kardashian, the biggest name out there in reality tv, fashion, etc.
So, do the math: Kris on the team + Kim with Kris = celebs galore on game night!
Talk about giving his move some buzz!
