Are the writings on the wall for Jeffree Star and his boyfriend Nathan Schwandt?! Or, is there something even more alarming potentially going on behind closed doors?
Fans have become increasingly concerned for the YouTube star’s personal wellbeing and relationship after he posted a very cryptic Twitter message on Thursday afternoon. The timely tweet has since been deleted — but not before internet detectives got a good look at it!

The 34-year-old makeup artist allegedly wrote:
“Dear God please stop the pain”

The suspicious social media post comes shortly after Star pulled out of a makeup masterclass with fellow MUA, MMMMitchell, just days before the scheduled tour across several European cities was supposed to kick off.
The event organizers, Tatti Lashes, cited “unforeseen personal reasons” as the cause of the cancelation in an official statement to Paper magazine — but a lot of people are under the impression that’s just code for a secret split between the internet star and Schwandt!
Mitchell, for his part, took to social media to explain things as best as he could in the wake of the news.
On his Instagram Story, he shared:
“I feel so many emotions because I feel so upset that the tour’s not going ahead, but I also feel upset because my friend’s upset. The worst part is that it really can’t be helped and these feelings that Jeffree is feeling, I wish that I could just make them go away.”
Oh man, that does not sound good at all. In a follow-up post, the beauty guru added:
“There’s literally no way of anyone changing it, we’ve tried and it’s just not doable right now, I’m so sorry guys, I feel so bad, we are all heartbroken – Tatti Lashes, Jeffree and me. Just keep Jeffree in your heart and in your mind.”

We’re getting serious breakup vibes here and not only that, they seem to be one-sided. Granted, this statement is coming from Jeffree’s friend so it might be a little biased. However, the focus seems to be on Star’s feelings rather than the feelings of his rumored ex. Could Nathan have possibly stepped out on their relationship? Hmm…
And if that’s enough evidence for you, also consider this: social media sleuths also noticed that the descriptor, “wife of Nathan,” had been removed from Star’s IG bio. The pair’s latest post together was when they shared a video of their $14.6 million mansion on New Year’s Day but nothing else since then.
One can only wonder what’s really going on here! These two have been dating since 2015 so it’d be sad to see things potentially end this way after so long. We’ll keep our eyes on these two until anything more definitive comes into play…
