Jemi Talks About Their Split

We imagine there are still tween hearts out there who ache at the thought of Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato’s recent split.
To make things worse for all of you, the Camp Rock stars have a slew of PR stuff coming out to promote the movie, including a joint photoshoot and interview with Teen Vogue that they did while they were still dating.
It’s been reported that less than 48 hours later, Joe ended things with Demi.
Because of this, the pair separately contacted the magazine to address the breakup. Demi took the high-road, as most classy gals would do, and Joe admitted he was an idiot, which is good, because he is. He told the mag:

“It could have been better timing. But there’s never really a good time for something like that. I really care about her…In this business. It’s really hard to find people who are going to be there for the rest of your life. When I met Demi, I knew right away that our friendship was really strong. I don’t want to lose that ever.”

A little late for that, bb! Just check out what Demi had to say:

“We haven’t spent any time together since everything because that would be awkward, but I’m sure things will go totally back to normal once we’re on tour together. It’s just that at this point I’d rather be hanging out with my girlfriends than seeing my ex.”

Translation: I hate him and I would rather bitter-bash him with my new BFF, Taylor Swift, than look at his fugly face.
This tour is going to be SUPER awkward! Can’t wait to see them duet!!!
So, it’s safe to assume there isn’t going to be a third Camp Rock, huh?
