Jen Harley is off the hook.
The domestic violence charges against Ronnie Ortiz-Magro‘s baby momma are expected to be dropped later this month following the incident where she dragged the Jersey Shore star outside of a moving vehicle during a dispute in Las Vegas.
It’s important to note their infant daughter, Ariana Sky, was in the car at the time.

According to TMZ, prosecutors haven’t announced why they’re dropping the charges, but we do know that Ronnie is looking to settle an official custody agreement. Hmm…
