Police did not have enough evidence to take action against Jenna Jameson after being accused of beating assistant Britney Markham with her brass knuckles iPhone case last week.
However, just because the porn superstar escaped charges of assault after allegedly punching the post-op transsexual in the stomache and back, Britney won’t quit until she gets the justice she thinks she deserves.
The supposed victim’s lawyer, Adam Krolikowski, explained:
“I’ve got a call in to the district attorney to discuss that. We don’t know if he’s aware of the three witnesses and exactly what they saw and heard. If the D.A. won’t prosecute criminally, then we’ll be forced to seek justice civilly.”
While the brass knuckles apparently used were actually plastic, Britney believes that her request for a temporary restraining order and the entire event is being ignored due to her transsexuality because no action has been taken for the “hate crime” that caused her to apparently vomit blood for three days.
As for allegations from Jenna that Britney stole from her former boss’ beach house following the incident??!

Britney said:
“That is a lie. My father taught us that nothing is worse than stealing, that we have no reason to steal. I did not steal anything. I just wanted to grab my things and leave. My anxiety has gotten so much worse, my self-esteem has gone down. I cry to my lawyer every day. I’ve had panic attacks. I have random people come up and say things to me. [Jameson’s] supporters are attacking me online. Luckily, I have friends around me supporting me.”
Yikes!!!!
We don’t know who to believe, but we are absolutely sure of one thing: this is a MESS.
Jenna doesn’t have a reputation for being an angel and if she did actually attack Britney and threaten her life, then we pray she fesses up real quick.
If not for Britney, then for herself. If even an ounce of this is true, she needs some mental help FORREALZ.
