Jenni Rivera wasn’t the only person to pass in last month’s plane crash.
The Latino songstress’ make-up artist and friend, Jacob Yebale, was among the seven people whose life was cut short by the tragic flight — and his family is NOT resting until the people responsible have been brought to justice.
The estate of Mr. Yebale has filed a lawsuit against company that owned, operated or maintained the Learjet.
A legal rep for the family says the suit seeks a “multi-million dollar damages award” in hopes to:
“bring to justice all responsible parties including the owner, the leasing company; the maintenance company, and Learjet, a division of Bombardier Aerospace, the company that designed and manufactures the aircraft.”
A hearing for the suit has been scheduled for early February in Chicago.
As of now, Jenni’s family has not filed suit, which is kind of a classy move if you ask us.
