This morning we shared the unhappy news that Robert Pattinson was dating one of his co-stars. The news came from Twilight actor Peter Facinelli‘s wife, 90210 star Jennie Garth.
Well, we couldn’t be more pleased to announce that she did NOT say any such thing and that there is an intern somewhere in New York getting reamed for writing otherwise.
Jennie’s rep demanded the transcription from the interview to prove that she has been misquote. The original statement being posted around this morning was: ├óΓé¼┼ôI can├óΓé¼Γäót say [if it├óΓé¼Γäós Kristen Stewart or Nikki Reed], because that would be breaking my promise to [husband Peter Facinelli], but he is dating one of them!├óΓé¼┬¥
What she actually said was: “I can’t say. That will be breaking my promise to my husband. But I do know.”
That still isn’t a complete denial that R-Patz is doing K-Stew, but at least it’s not a confirmation either!
