Wow! She was serious about moving back east!
After putting her El Lay home on the market and expressing a desire to move to New York City, Jennifer Aniston has reportedly finalized a deal on a $5.9 million, 1,200 square foot Manhattan apartment!
Apparently, the property only features one bedroom and bathroom, but also comes with an 800-square foot terrace looking over New York Harbor AND the Empire State Building, as well as an open-plan kitchen, hardwood and poured concrete floors, and both dining and living rooms!
Seems like such a significant downgrade after seeing what her Ohana property looked like, but that’s the price you pay when you move to Manhattan!
We think it will be good for her, though, and if this is what will make her happy, then we say go for it!
