Quintessential romantic comedy star Jennifer Aniston has just signed on to She’s Funny That Way, a Wes Anderson-produced film which also stars Owen Wilson as a Broadway director who falls for a prostitute-turned-actress!
Unfortunately, the now bright-blonde Friend is NOT playing Owen’s night-walking love interest; she’ll instead play the part of a therapist with an alcoholic mother.
The Peter Bogdanovich-directed movie also features the acting talents of Jason Schwartzman and Community‘s Alison Brie!
Sounds potentially bleak, funny, and heartfelt — we’re VERY intrigued!
