Ha! We can see why this would be awkward at first!
Jennifer Carpenter recently opened up about falling in love with her Dexter co-star and ON-SCREEN BROTHER Michael C. Hall, and claims she was concerned at first that would influence their characters’ chemistry!
She explains:
“We were just friends, and it was very easy to be friends. We were both surprised when this other thing happened. We did a lot of talking about it – can we kiss, what will that mean, will we damage the credibility of our characters? We were very practical… But in the end, the heart wanted what the heart wanted.”
So sweet! And we have to give them a lot of credit!
If we didn’t know that they were married, we would have NEVER guessed it from their performances on the show!
Bravo, guys! Such a lovely couple!
