Jen was spotted Monday taking her adorable little Afflecks out for shopping and lunch.
Violet and Seraphina also talked Mommy into stopping for ice cream on the way home- or was it the other way around?
They may have found a way to burn off those calories though- looks like Jen is showing the girls some of her acrobatic Elektra moves!
