This trial is just getting harder and harder for Jennifer Hudson to watch.
After breaking down on the stand during testimony and leaving the courtroom when pictures of her murdered nephew were shown, the American Idol alum was SHOCKED to learn on Thursday that William Balfour had been cheating on her sister with MULTIPLE women.
And to think, he allegedly committed these murders in a jealous rage because he thought Julia Hudson was cheating on him. Ugh! What a hypocritic!
Sources say that when a witness named Diana Grant spilled the sleazy deets on her extra-marital affair with the accused murderer, Jennifer was visibly upset and exchanged heated whispers with her family.
The woman continued to explain that Balfour slept in her apartment the night before the murders and left suddenly at 6am, about three hours before the shooting occurred.
She tried to contact Balfour throughout the day, but he only responded at 4pm when he promised to call her back. He never did and instead was arrested for the murders at ANOTHER mistress’ house — whom Grant was completely unaware of.
This is such a cruddy situation for everyone involved. We can only hope that Jennifer and her family stay strong during the rest of the trial and justice is served by the end of it.
