Jennifer Lawrence responds to a new sexual battery lawsuit that claims Harvey Weinstein allegedly bragged about having sex with her.
According to TMZ on Friday, a woman — known as Jane Doe — filed a lawsuit in L.A. County claiming the disgraced exec sexually abused her for years.

After first meeting the producer at the Sundance Film Festival in 2013, the alleged victim claims Weinstein masturbated and ejaculated on her skirt while she was sitting on a toilet in a bathroom at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City. Allegedly, they met at the festival again, and he allegedly forced her hand onto his erect penis after a screening.
Later that year, after a dinner meeting in New York, the aspiring actress claims he kneeled in front of her, and forcibly performed oral sex on her. After the incident, she began crying, to which he allegedly responded:
“I slept with Jennifer Lawrence and look where she is; she has just won an Oscar.”
On Friday, Lawrence responded to the new accusations with the following statement:
“My heart breaks for all the women who were victimized by Harvey Weinstein. I have never had anything but a professional relationship with him. This is yet another example of the predatory tactics and lies that he engaged in to lure countless women.”
According to the lawsuit, Weinstein continued to abuse Doe in New York in March 2013, January 2014, and February 2015. In December 2015 at a Beverly Hills hotel, Weinstein allegedly touched himself sexually in front of her, and shoved her into a bathroom when she tried to leave.
She is suing him and The Weinstein Company.
