Jennifer Lawrence Is In Talks To Star In Adaptation Of The Glass Castle

Jennifer Lawrence is deciding on her next major role outside of the blockbuster franchises she is attached to and may have found it.
The young actress is in talks to portray gossip columnist Jeanette Walls in the adaptation of her New York Times bestselling memoir The Glass Castle.
Lionsgate has acquired the rights to the title and hopes to cash in off of Lawrence’s massive exposure from movies like X-Men: First Class and The Hunger Games.
The book, which is the only memoir in history to be featured on the New York Times bestseller list for over 250 weeks, follows Walls throughout her difficult childhood with her “dysfunctional but vibrant” family.
We’ve seen Mz. Lawrence flex her acting muscles in Winter’s Bone and have no doubt that she can kill it in this role! Could this upcoming drama become Oscar nomination #2 for her?
