Jennifer Lopez’s First Husband Ojani Noa Claims It Is Diddy’s ‘Fault’ They Divorced!

Jennifer Lopez’s first husband is spilling the tea about what led to their divorce! And it apparently involves another one of her exes — a very problematic one!

For those who don’t recall, the singer married Ojani Noa in 1997. However, that marriage did not last long. By 1998, the pair broke up. What led to the divorce? According to Ojana, it was Diddy’s “fault!” He explained during an appearance on Despierta America on Friday:

“Part of that divorce was Diddy’s fault. When Sony came and paid her the millions she got, there was Puffy [Combs], who was going to be one of the producers of several tracks on the first album On The 6. That’s where the deception, the lies, the separation started.”

During that time, Ojani said he and Jennifer were long-distance. He was in Los Angeles opening a restaurant while she was traveling between Miami and New York to work on the album. It was while they were apart, he said again, “the deception started.” Whoa…

As for what he meant by “deception” and “lies?” Ojani doesn’t get into it. Jennifer began dating the now-disgraced music mogul from 1999 to 2001. Could he have been suggesting there was potentially some overlap between the two relationships? Or did he mean something else entirely? Hmm. Again, he did not clarify why Diddy is to blame. But we all know now, in light of his sex trafficking arrest and many sexual assault lawsuits, the 54-year-old rapper was not a good guy — at all. So it’s changing how everyone sees ALL of his past moves.

Not A Fan Of J.Lo Either

Ojani went on to slam Jennifer for ruining his career! The pair had a few legal battles over the years, including when J.Lo sued him in 2006 for breaching a confidentiality agreement after he began shopping around a book about their marriage. In his eyes, all of her actions cost him several jobs:

“I would ask Jennifer, ‘What did I do to you so that you have taken me to court, you have accused me, you have lied, you have created false things about me and you have called several companies to throw me out and different television networks not to give me work?’ Why, if I have not done anything to you? Let her tell the truth, let her tell everything that happened.”
