Jeremy Lin Scores Sports Illustrated Cover For The Second Week In A Row

Jeremy Lin Sports Illustrated
What is all this Linsanity we keep hearing about?
Jeremy Lin, a New York Knick who didn’t get a scholarship to play basketball in college OR get drafted after college, is now covering Sports Illustrated for the SECOND week in a row.
The point guard has been benched most of his career, but we doubt he’ll be getting too much rest during games anymore. He has become one of the hottest athletes in the NBA after he got his chance to play earlier this month when his team was plagued with injuries.
Since then, he’s been a driving force behind all of the New York Knicks’ victories and even outscored Kobe Bryant with 38 points when they beat the Lakers on February 10th!
Getting back-to-back covers is no easy feat either! The last player to create enough buzz around himself in such a short period of time was Dallas Maverick Dirk Nowitzki when he lead his team to an NBA championship last June.
If Jeremy keeps averaging 27.3 points a game, we imagine he’ll be featured on plenty more covers in the future!
