Jeremy Renner may play a superhero on the big screen, but in his ex-wife’s eyes, he’s a real villain!
Last year, The Avengers star and baby momma Sonni Pacheco struck an agreement where the actor would pay her $13K a year in child support.

Well it looks like the 45-year-old thespian isn’t upholding his end of the bargain!
According to legal docs, Pacheco says her ex refuses to pay child support and has racked up a bill totaling $48,367. In addition, she says he hasn’t paid $800 in preschool tuition for their 3-year-old daughter Ava.
In the court papers, Sonni says Jeremy sent her a text that read:
“I’m not sure why you keep coming after more money here Sonni. I don’t have the cash to give you. I’m sorry you can’t figure out how to care for [Ava] with over 300k.”
The Canadian model wants the court to force Renner to pay up!
Geesh! This is more dramatic than an action film!
