The battle between Jeremy Renner and ex-wife Sonni Pacheco over sole custody of their six-year-old daughter, Ava, is raging on.
As we reported on Monday, the Canadian model claimed in legal docs the Avengers: End Game actor threatened to kill her, as well as himself, during an alleged incident last November.
Sonni asserted the Oscar nominee was high on coke and alcohol at a club when he started talking about killing her, telling someone he “could not deal with her anymore, and he just wanted her gone.” Renner allegedly put a gun in his mouth at the end of the night, threatening to kill himself, and fired the gun into the ceiling while their daughter was asleep in her bedroom.
The actor’s rep responded to the disturbing claims at the time, telling Us Weekly:
“The well-being of his daughter Ava has always been and continues to be the primary focus for Jeremy. This is a matter for the court to decide. It’s important to note the dramatizations made in Sonni’s declaration are a one-sided account made with a specific goal in mind.”
Now, the A-lister’s team is firing back with their own allegations!

According to TMZ, Renner is claiming in new legal docs Sonni has sent nude pictures of him to their custody evaluator and lawyers in an effort to humiliate him. He says he and his then-wife were exchanging naked photos during their marriage to each other, but amid the custody battle, she’s been sending uncensored pics of his genitals “for no other purpose than to cause me extreme embarrassment.”
He continues, adding the sculptor didn’t tell the evaluator she was actually the instigator with the nude pics and was asking him to return the favor. Jeremy also shares how Sonni “conveniently” never sent her photos to the evaluator, only his.
On top of that, the 48-year-old accuses his ex of threatening to sell these photos of him to the media.
Sounds like allegations of revenge porn to us!
It’s not just the uncensored snaps that are an issue for Renner, but also his baby momma’s alleged obsession with his sex life AND those of his inner circle’s. One of his nannies has allegedly been targeted by Pacheco, as she supposedly found racy photos of their daughter’s caregiver on the internet and sent those to their evaluator and lawyers.
The Hawkeye portrayer goes on to claim her fixation doesn’t stop there, as she also gets inspired by sex with her “disturbing” sculptures, including a picture in the legal docs of daughter Ava staring at one.

Jeremy brings up her statues as he’s concerned what “exposing Ava to such dark, graphic, sexual material on a daily basis” would do to the little one.
It’s likely the back and forth will continue, as it did through their tumultuous divorce back in 2014 after they were only married for 10 months.
And as it did yesterday following Pacheco’s allegations of threatened violence.
Per TMZ, Jeremy believes his former wife made up the drug and alcohol claims as retaliation since she was upset their relationship never worked out. To make his point extra clear, the Hollywood star adds he hired a mental health specialist to monitor his visits with the daughter AND submitted himself to random drug testing for three months just to prove it (they all came back negative).
Renner actually believes the artist is the one with the drug problem, as well as psychological problems, which he believes means the court should limit her time with their growing child until she can “overcome her overwhelming obsession with demonizing” her baby daddy.
There’s also drama over her coinciding her allegations with his movie releases, making it sound like it’s all very calculated.
We’ll let the court decide as the two’s next hearing is said to be November 7. We’ll continue to keep you updated.
