Yay for closure!
According to a judge involved in NFL’s Jeremy Shockey‘s divorce, the prenup he had his now ex-wife sign was fair and reasonable — meaning, he didn’t have to cough up a single cent more than what they already agreed on! After the hell she was bringing, this is a HUGE win for Jeremy!
Don’t be fooled, though! It wasn’t cheap by any means!
Jeremy had to pay $21,000 for Daniela‘s moving expenses and let Daniela keep the $19,000 he gave her during the divorce, which was like a kind of temporary support. And as far as assets go, Daniele gets to keep everything he got from the past 8 months, but she has to return half the value of all of it to Jeremy. IN CASH.
That includes: a $7,000 Rolex, $1,200 Bulgari ring, $800 Cartier bracelet and $800 purse.
WHICH ISN’T THAT MUCH! But she still has to pay Jeremy… what is it? $4,900? A lot of people don’t just have that lying around!
We just hope they can both move on and find what they were supposed to find before they got sidetracked by each other! LOLz!
