Earlier this month, we revealed that NFL star, Jeremy Shockey became a single man again, and while he’s been living out his bachelor life… he decided that it would be cool to post a photo of his estranged wife’s nekkid ass!
However, Daniela Cortazar-Shockey did NOT think Shockey’s posting pic antics were funny, and is now taking legal action against her hubby.
Only thing is, although the couple is in the midst of a divorce, a prenup was signed before they got married, which means Daniela is entitled to NOTHING once the divorce is finalized.
Still, Jeremy’s ex-woman is demanding $15,000 because she feels that he violated her privacy by posting a photograph of her butt.
Unfortunately for Daniela, no word on whether or not she’ll get her $15k has been stated, so until then… she’s just gonna have to see her nekkid behind on the internet!
