Jesse James just filed legal papers against his porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, alleging that she drove with their daughter Sunny in the car while she was on drugs!
His sister, Julie James England, wrote one of the declarations for the court stating that Janine was “slurring her words, telling me she’s letting my niece, Sunny drive” and that she had taken “some numbing drugs her neighbors gave her from Mexico and she drank tequila.”
Awful!
Julie sent a friend to Janine’s house that day who found Janine “passed out in her car in the garage with Sunny.”
Jesse’s brother-in-law, Sgt. Mark T. England also contributed a declaration making claims that Janine asked him if he could provide her with narcotics including Soma, Vicodin, Lunesta and Ambien.
He also said he had seen her do lines of cocaine before performing at a strip club.
As for Jesse, he is telling the court that he can provide a stable environment for Sunny. The custody hearing is set for June 17.
What’s a girl to do with such shady parents — she should just go live with Sandy!
