Just so you are aware, you will not be so lucky during your divorce proceedings.
Charges of vandalism against Jesse James were dropped yesterday after a judge ruled there was “insufficient evidence.” A photog had accused Jesse of thrashing his car shortly after the news broke out that Jesse cheated on Sandra Bullock.
The photog in question was also in the courtroom yesterday, facing stalking charges filed by Jesse. Jesse says that the guy was following him around way too much. The charges against him were also dropped, same reason.
Probably enough sleaze in the El Lay slammer as it is. Better to let Jesse suffer out in the real world, where the media will be relentless once the divorce starts.
