Jessica Biel shared one of her first pics of her son, Silas, and it’s the cutest thing ever!
Making an appearance on The Skimm‘s Instagram on Thursday, the actress revealed the sweet makeup-free shot of her holding up her little man so it looks like he’s flying.

While you can’t see Silas’ face, and there have only been a handful of pictures of the almost 10-month-old tot, you can just use your imagination.
Anyway, in the lengthy caption for the snap, Jess dished on her mornings as a do-it-all momma, even revealing the the three things she can’t live without:
“Yoga. Eating breakfast with my kid. Listening to Erykah Badu while I eat with my kid. We love her.”
Sounds like the Biel/Timberlake household is the spot to be in the morning!
