Hang in there, Jessica Simpson!
As you know, the singer is expecting her third child (whose name is already picked out!) but her pregnancy journey this time around hasn’t exactly been easy.
Jess took to social media once again to share her latest pregnancy-related woe, of struggling to sit on a toilet seat!

The featured image (above) serves as proof of what happened when Simpson got a little too comfortable on the jon. She explains in the caption of her Instagram post (below) that the toilet seat cover broke after she attempted to lean back for more comfort:
“Warning…Don’t lean back on the toilet when pregnant (face palm emoji)”
LOLz, aww!
Unfortunately that wasn’t the only issue to plague the expecting momma.
The star is also battling a nasty case of acid reflux, as a result of her pregnancy. Things got so bad for her that she was unable to comfortably sleep in her own bed through the night. (Acid reflux occurs when some of the stomach’s acidic contents travel up into the esophagus, often causing a burning pain in the chest area.)
Jess says she had to buy a recliner chair that would allow her to sleep up right, manage the discomfort and get some relief! Check out the big purchase (below):
We gotta say, between this, the swollen foot and the laundry list of other ailments including bronchitis, sciatica pain, anxiety, and insomnia — we really feel for you Jess!
Based on the timing of her pregnancy announcement and the look of that baby bump, she must be getting closer to the home stretch. It’ll all be worth it when Simpson baby #3 arrives!
