In a cold-blooded move, Ashlee and Jessica Simpson‘s dad, Joe Simpson, has enlisted his estranged wife’s best friends to help with HIS side of the divorce case!
Tina Simpson is distraught that Steve Lee — husband of her sister-in-law, Sally — has agreed to act as Joe’s attorney, cuz she thought Steve and Sally were her closest pals.
A chatty insider reveals that:
├óΓé¼┼ôTina doesn├óΓé¼Γäót understand why Joe has dragged their close friends into their divorce proceedings. Joe, Tina, Steve and Sally all hung out together and Tina believed she was especially tight with Sally. Now, Tina doesn├óΓé¼Γäót know what to believe, thinks she├óΓé¼Γäós been stabbed in the back by all three and it├óΓé¼Γäós left a bitter taste in her mouth.”
Without her BFFs on her side, Tina is worried she’ll be slighted out of her fair share of their assets!
The insider explains:
“Tina realizes there’s a lot at stake in this divorce case, especially considering the financial earnings for her and Joe through their joint-management of Jessica and Ashlee. But now the battle lines have been drawn and with Joe’s selection of attorney it just got a little more complicated.”
This is the laaaast thing this poor woman needed!
There are MANY reports claiming that Joe is leaving her to peruse his life with his 21-year-old gay lover. Whether those rumors are true or bullshiz, it must be mortifying.
At least Tina has Jessica and Ashlee to comfort her! She needs them now more than ever!
