AWKWARD.
Jessica Simpson and her new boyfriend Eric Johnson were treated to a pretty horrific surprise last night, when they arrived at The Red O restaurant in El Lay and discovered that her ex-husband, Nick Lachey, was dining there with girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo!
Eek!
However, sources claim that what could have been a really ugly situation was actually quite calm, because the two barely interacted!
Insiders say:
“They didn’t interact. They didn’t even come to face-to-face with each other. Jessica was more fazed by the amount of paparazzi than anything else.”
Well that’s good!
It’s nice to know that even though those two had a pretty messy split, that they can remain civil and amicable in the presence of each other!
