We’re not surprised but, apparently, Jessica Simpson had been putting the pressure on Tony Romo to tie the knot and he finally snapped when she insisted on a huge Barbie and Ken themed bash to ring in her 29th birthday.├é┬á
Tony thought her birthday should be celebrated in a more low-key setting, and after bickering over arrangements, he told her he wanted a break.
A LONG one!
Jess canceled her party, saying that the electricity in her parents’ house had gone out, but really she was too embarrassed to explain to everyone what happened.
Hmm. Sounds like an easy way out to us. No one likes being pressured, especially when it comes to walking down the aisle.
But the night before her birthday?  Cold!
