Jill Duggar Doesn't Want Married Women To Masturbate... WTF?!

jill dillard shares her marital sex advice

Jill Duggar Dillard, the fourth oldest child of the Duggar family, is sharing her advice on marriage, sex, and masturbation that she wants you to hear!
On her family’s website on Monday, the momma of two published a new blog post — “More Than Sex: How To Love Your Husband,” that contains her tips and ideas on how to please your husband in and out of the bedroom during your marriage.

First on the list is sex, and the 28-year-old advised having it three to four times per week:

“You both need this time together regularly (3-4 times a week is a good start. lol). And when you may not be able to actually have intercourse for a period of time or for health issues, find other ways to have fun and be intimate. Let your spouse know that you’re aways [sp] available. Guard against fulfilling sexual desires alone.”

The former 19 Kids and Counting star continued:

“Be open with your spouse about your desires and change things up to keep it exciting! (Philippians 2:3-4; 1 Corinthians 7:5) If you’re struggling with sex with your spouse, GET HELP! See a doctor and/or licensed counselor and don’t be afraid to get second opinions!”

And that’s not all! Mrs. Dillard, who has been married to her husband Derrick Dillard for nearly five years, shared her marital advice outside the bedroom as well:

“While security for wives is usually of utmost importance, respect is probably most important for most husbands! Ask your hubby what you do that makes him feel respected, and ask him in what other ways that he thinks you could show him more respect.
It’s easy to just want to shower in the morning to wake ourselves up, but showering in the evening (and sometimes before he gets home if you arrive home before him!), and even putting on fragrant lotion in front of him can be another way to say ‘I care’ and ‘you’re important to me,’ and lets him know you’re up for fun whenever he is.”

However, while many of her ideas may be unconventional, there are some pieces of advice that aren’t too far-fetched for many couples to take note of regardless of their beliefs or upbringing:

“Get new lingerie (online is an easy way to buy!) as a surprise gift for birthdays, holidays, vacations or whenever!
Book a kid-free weekend getaway once or twice a year!”

The reviews on her controversial tips have been mixed so far, with many of her followers on Instagram praising her for sharing her thoughts, while others have bashed her:

“Was this written in 1950? ??”
“Someone who has been married for 5 years doesn’t have marriage figured out. I’m sorry but you not anybody else has a right to tell any woman how often she should be having sex. My body is my body whether I’m married or not. And just like children, nothing is cookie cut, marriage is not 1 size fits all.”
“This is so incredibly disturbing”
