We always figured the 40-year-old famous fitness trainer had an incredible body but now we know for SURE since Jillian is going nude in the new issue of Shape magazine!

And Miz Michaels says this is the best her bod has EVER looked! She told the mag:
“When I think back on my 20s and 30s, I look better now than I ever have. Yes, I├óΓé¼Γäóm older but I├óΓé¼Γäóm also wiser and that├óΓé¼Γäós a more intrinsic type of beauty.├óΓé¼┬¥
If your goal is to look like Jillian, you├óΓé¼Γäóre gonna need to work hard, but she wants women to understand the importance of strength training – a facet of fitness that the females often forget when they├óΓé¼Γäóre in the gym.
Jillian explains:
