Selena Gomez did not see this engagement present from Jimmy Kimmel coming! And really none of us should have!
The Jimmy Kimmel Live host congratulated the Golden Globe nominee on her engagement to Benny Blanco during her visit on Monday. And in what should have been a really sweet gesture, he gave her a gift to celebrate. But the gift was… well… Let’s just say this is not something the couple would have put on their wedding registry.

However, Jimmy seems to think the couple will love it. He told Selly:
“This is something that is not traditional … it’s not necessarily a practical gift, but I think you and Benny are really going to enjoy it.”
Us on the other hand? We think it’s kinda creepy! Why? He got them a Daddy Saddle!
Yeah, we didn’t know this one either. Apparently it’s not a sex thing — it’s a toy for actual fathers and daughters. It’s a saddle made for dads to give pony rides to their kids! Yeah. For real. Take a look (below):

Covering her mouth, the Emilia Perez star laughed and looked horrified at the gag gift. Jimmy said not “to think that anything is being suggested here that isn’t” but then told Selena to imagine herself sitting “on top” of Benny. Jeez. To try and get him to stop talking, she replied:
“OK, yeah, yeah.”
The Rare artist also did say “thank you” and accepted the thing — though you could tell she was so embarrassed! We bet that present will go straight into the trash the second she leaves the studio! LOLz! Watch the bonkers interview moment (below):
