Joan Cusack is joining the cast of Showtime’s new show Shameless, replacing Allison Janney who had to leave the show because of her commitment to ABC’s upcoming Mr. Sunshine.
Joan will be playing Sheila, a Chicago housewife with a sexual active teenage daughter who becomes friends with William H. Macy‘s character Frank.
