Could RHONJ's Juicy Joe Spend A Decade In Jail?!

Real Housewives Of New Jersey viewers know that Caroline Manzo keeps it real…and when she recently predicted that Teresa Giudice and hubby Juicy Joe might divorce, she might have been right once again!
Sounds like RHONJ’s Joe Giudice might not have to endure Teresa’s oh-so-horrible driving much longer!
Juicy Joe took the stand yesterday at his court hearing and reportedly REJECTED a plea deal following accusations of him using his brother’s ID to get a new license, after his was taken away when he got a DUI in 2010!
His charges include one count of second-degree wrongful identity and one count of fourth-degree impersonation.
So just what WAS the plea offer that Joe turned down??
Looks like the state of NJ was offering him FIVE years in state prison! Giudice’s attorney rejected it and now, Joe will have to return on October 1 for a trial date!
Though the charges could result in up to 10 years in prison, Joe’s now supposedly seeking probation, seeing as his criminal record is clean.
If Juicy Joe IS sent to the slammer, maybe Teresa could potentially get a spin-off show, with a storyline in the likes of Mob Wives star, Drita?!
At least Tre’s Fabellini and cookbook business should help to keep her and their young daughters afloat!
