Joe Jackson Refiles Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Well, he IS persistent!

Despite the fact that a federal judge threw out Joe Jackson‘s original wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray, Joe’s gone out and refiled the case – but this time with the L.A. County Superior Court.

Joe alleges that Dr. Murray overmedicated Michael Jackson with Propofol, which later resulted in his death.

We do think Murray may have been negligent with the drug, but we also think Joe is just looking for another pay day.
