On the one year anniversary of Michael Jackson‘s death, Joe Jackson is still trying to get every last dime he can get by now going after the clinics where Dr. Conrad Murray worked, claiming they are also responsible for his son’s death.
According to the suit, Joe is suing Acres Home Heart & Vascular Associates and GCA Holdings, stating that the “Defendants conduct of attempting to conceal the multi-state supply of drugs and the use of their facilities in Texas and Nevada to obtain medications was an extreme departure from the standard of care.”
The clinics are also being accused of negligently training Dr. Murray, specifically in the administration of Propofol.
It seems a little far-fetched to go after the clinics, but that’s where the money is and Joe Jackson knows it!
