Much like the Jeffersons, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are moving on up!
The couple are leaving their Glendale home in “The Valley” and moving over to this side of the hills, to ritzy part of Beverly Hills.
And the place is gorgeous!
It’s a 4 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom house in the Laurel Canyon area. It has a lagoon pool, enormous eat in kitchen, guesthouse/screening theatre, and is completely and privately hidden behind huge gates.
A celebrity paradise indeed.
The couple paid close to $2 million for the property.
We expect that the duo and their growing brood will be very happy there.
