When it comes down to the dog eat dog world of celebrity pets, John Barrowman is king!
Beating out Alesha Dixon and Paul O’Grady, the Doctor Who and Torchwood star was voted the top celebrity dog owner in the United Kingdom.
Barrowman said the following on his honors:
I’m delighted to receive this award. My dogs play such an important role in my life and I am proud to promote responsible ownership.
I will be donating my prize money to Dogs Trust. As their patron, I understand how incredibly hard they work to find new homes for stray and abandoned dogs.
60s model Celia Hammond took home top celeb cat honors and her donation will go to the Celia Hammond Animal Trust.
