John Cusack is lucky to be alive!
On Tuesday evening, the High Fidelity star’s security team caught a woman trying to break into his Malibu home, but she got away– only to come back later and try again! This time they caught her after she scaled the fence and held her until police arrived.
The woman, identified as Elizabeth Pahlke, was then arrested and charged with both burglary AND felony stalking after authorities learned that the security team had already served her with a restraining order earlier that day!
Fortunately, John wasn’t even home at the time, but eesh! How scary!
We doubt at least that this alleged stalker will be coming back for John any time soon- she’s being held on $150,000 bail.
She gave him her heart, he gave her the state pen.
