We’ve said it before, but we’re still so impressed by John Goodman‘s dramatic weight loss — and his most recent television appearance is no exception.
The 63-year-old actor stopped by TODAY on Wednesday to promote his new horror flick 10 Cloverfield Lane, but Savannah Guthrie couldn’t stop talking about his new bod!

But while his physical change is noticeable, John says he’s actually never weighed himself to see how much he’s lost — although he says he DOES enjoy being able to shop at higher end stores now! LOLz!
Who knew starring in a scary movie could be such an effective workout?!
