John McCain Ends Cancer Treatment

John McCain has been battling glioblastoma, a type of brain cancer, for over a year — and now, his fight is finally over.
A new statement from the McCain family reveals the senator has, “with his usual strength of will, chosen to discontinue medical treatment.”

John’s wife Cindy McCain and daughter, The View cohost Meghan McCain both shared the statement, along with their own words about the husband, father, and war hero.
