Is Johnny Depp Refusing To Pay Their $6.8 Million Divorce Settlement After Amber Heard's Domestic Violence Essay?

Johnny Depp is reportedly stalling on making payments to Amber Heard following their $6.8 million divorce settlement just a few weeks ago.
The reason?
In a new Request for Order (RFO) filed by the actress to expedite Depp’s payments and allegedly seen by DailyMail.com, the 30-year-old claims the Black Mass star is refusing to pay up in light of Amber’s recent domestic violence PSA and essay.

Although Miz Heard never mentions the 53-year-old by name in either project, it’s pretty obvious who she’s referring — which Depp seems to believe “breaches” the former couple’s confidentiality agreement.
As you know, the money is promised to be donated between the American Civil Liberties Union and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles once received by Amber.
Additionally, Heard claims the musician has failed to follow through on several of their other agreements in reference to their various homes, cars, and personal property they used to share.
