That’s it for Amber Heard and Johnny Depp!
On Tuesday, TMZ revealed the two former flames have finally settled all of their drama in court, which includes both the actress’ domestic violence petition against her ex, as well as their divorce!
As you already know, the two cases were tied as the 30-year-old alleged the A-lister was violent towards her on May 21.

Both parties filed their legal docs today, which revealed Miz Heard has decided to dismiss the case of domestic violence with prejudice, so she will never be able to re-file it in the future.
That’s huge!
In addition, it’s being said Amber is walking away with $7 million in total from their settlement, rather than the reported $8 million.
AND the controversial couple even released a joint statement to top it all off, which reads:
“Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains. There was never an intent of physical or emotional harm. Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity.”
Wow.
Considering the drama behind their divorce, it’s interesting they would release a statement together now that it’s been resolved.
