It’s been over a year since Johnny Depp and Amber Heard got involved in that whole dog drama down in Australia after they tried smuggling in their two Yorkshire Terrier puppies — Pistol and Boo.
While the husband and wife may have somewhat made up for their actions with a SUPER awkward apology video that the internet had a lot of fun with, Johnny apparently isn’t done yet!

The 52-year-old actor was overseas in England this past weekend to help promote his upcoming flick Alice Through the Looking Glass when he started to joke about his puppy fiasco saying:
“I would really like to apologize for not smuggling my dogs into England, because it would have been a bad thing to do.”
