This bums us out!!
The always seksi and usually intelligent Johnny Depp decided to put his two cents in about director Roman Polanski‘s upcoming return to the US to face charges for drugging and sodomizing a 13 year old girl in 1977.
Depp, who must be prepping for a role as a conspiracy theorist, says,
“Why now? Obviously there is something going on somewhere. Somebody has made a deal with someone. Maybe there was a little money involved, but why now?”
Um, we hate to be rude, Johnny, but we saw The Ninth Gate, the SHITEOUS movie you two collaborated on, and if that is any indication of what Polanski is capable of, then you should know better.
Apparently he doesn’t though, and continued to say,
“Roman is not a predator. He’s 75 or 76 years old. He has got two beautiful kids, he has got a wife that he has been with for a long, long time. He is not out on the street.”
Who cares if he’s a predator or not? He committed a PREMEDITATED, VIOLENT crime against a minor. Actions have consequences, folks. Let’s all keep that in mind.
