Johnny Depp really did look disturbingly frail in some recent photos with fans — but it would seem that was a one-off?
The Pirates Of The Caribbean star said he was just trying to stay lean and mean while on tour with his band, Hollywood Vampires — and in his element, he looks it.
Johnny was spotted leaving his Warsaw, Poland hotel on Tuesday looking slim but not at all unhealthy. We mean, by rock and roll standards.

Just a few days earlier he was photographed performing as well. Looks pretty Depp-like to us.
