Oh No! Johnny Depp Reveals He Almost Died In A Plane Crash!

THANK GOODNESS HE DIDN’T!!!!
Let us catch our breath for a moment here…
Okay, okay, we’re back. Phew!! Johnny Depp recently revealed that he had a terrifying moment when a private plane he riding in almost went down.
While on a plane with Rum Diary director Bruce Robinson, the engine failed and the two thought for sure that it was going to be the end for them.
Johnny says:

“The plane just shut down. The sound of the engines stopped. There was silence. Bruce and I were looking at each other and I think I said, ‘Is this it?’ It was like this weird extended moment when you├óΓé¼Γäóre just floating for a second and you could feel this unpleasant descent.
Nobody said a word except for Bruce and I, sitting next to each other saying, ‘Oh sh-t! This is death; I guess this is how it goes down.’ Then we burst into hysterical laughter at the idea that this was how we were going to die.”

Thankfully, the engines restarted and Johnny and Bruce breathed a sigh of relief.

“Suddenly the engines started back up again and we were climbing back up. I guess you could say that was a big bonding experience for Bruce and me. For a moment there, we were going down together.”

How scary! We can’t even imagine what was going on in their minds during that plane ride. It’s pretty amazing they were able to laugh about it.
So, so, so, so glad you are safe, Johnny. That’s a horrible way of going down!
