JoJo is not only pissed at her record company – she’s suing mad!

The 18-year-old singer has slapped Da Family Entertainment with a $500,000 suit because the label refuses to let her out of her contract, even though they won’t let the singer release a new album!

Dumb.

JoJo’s lawsuit not only asks for the half a mil in damages; she’d also like to be released from her contract with the scumbags.

Smart move!
